Health warning during the hot weather

Many years ago the government did a study into the effects of alcohol on drivers. All the drivers involved in 100 road accidents were breathalysed and the results were as follows
85 accidents involved two sober drivers
14 accidents involved one sober driver and one drunk driver
1 accident involved two drunk drivers.

You can see from the above data that if everybody on the road was drunk we could cut road accidents by 99%
