Advice a bout a testing station

Looking for some advice about vts I work at I got my mot licance last December I paid for it all my self because the company I work for would of had to sign a contract not to leave for 3 years. The problem I have there is a mot office were you use the mts ect however this computer in there has not worked since December. I have been asking to get it fixed ict finally came out a few weeks ago and said i need new pc so I don’t think they are going to replace it so I use the mts on the emissions computer (while avoiding not to get shat on by pigeons) however over the past few weeks that computer has slowed down a hell of a lot and keeps crashing on me so then say I need to use the computer in the resption we’re I’m constantly getting intrupted by customers or having to wait till a college is off the computer so I can log a vechile on or off I’m a my wits end with it all any ideas or what I do ?
