Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with the MOT test system software on our garage's computer. Whenever I try to access the test result input page, I get an error message that says; "Error Code 502: Bad Gateway." I have tried restarting the computer and checking our internet connection; but the problem exist .

Has anyone else faced this issue? If yes; what steps did you take to resolve it? I have checked How-to-Fix-Common-Software-Errors-in-MOT-Test-System-salesforce cpq guide but still need help .

Any advice / suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Putting the cookies to one side, its interesting when the software or whatever it is misbehaves because when it has done in the past I've noticed that the software seems to be running a parallel program in the background that sometimes glitches onto the desktop and then goes invisible again. I recognise it as some type of backup system when it crashes!
