Rush before new testable items

Any one else noticed a bit of a rush last few days for people to get cars tested before tomorrow, 20th new RFR's go live

last 4 days have done 8 a day (normal average 4/5 )  and quite a few not seen before cars, some with "too early to receive credit on expiry date " with SRS lights, loose batteries, an DTC light etc as advises .  maybe the public have been reading 20th March kills my car
