Covid restrictions and a printed Ticket

Although DVSA have made it OK not to, everywhere I work still issues them. I think it's about customer service. Giving them what they want so they don't have the hassle of doing it for themselves. Don't even try to convince them they don't need one at all, I think that's a non starter.
