Can you sort this out ?

Local trade test lad came down with a car and customer a Peugeot 308 1600 that had just been Tested at ATS  what can you do with this ? It had a list of advisory item's as long as your arm from NS washer jet  weak all 4 tyres cracking rear coil  spring corroded plus others mainly all 4 discs corroded  . It had actually failed on emissions  for CO on the 2nd fast test  ! I'll TEST it again it had only 2 border line advisory s and a slight oil leak every other advisory was bogus and the car flew through the Bet test . Customer was happy and so was our trade lad..   now I've worked for that company and I told the area manager the day I listen to you on how to TEST a car is the day I look for another Job !!   how do they manage to get away with poor practices ??
