What do You want to fit ?

We use sachs luk valeo complete kits using hydraulic accutuators dual mass flywheels spigot bushes/bearings clutch forks gearbox trumpets or what ever is needed for the job. and if the customer does not want to pay for a proper job we dont take it on you dont want to do those jobs twice i would rather sit their twiddling my thumbs rather doing a job for nothing

as we all know now a clutch can be a bag of sand or more for the full crap,it feels horrible to tell punters to pi$$ off but do you wanna do the job twice cos they wouldnt change the dpf/clutch slave etc?for nothing?cos when it snuffs it a month or two later it will be YOUR fault!they lose the memory of when you told em to change that sh1t immediately after it drives out for some reason.got no problem with charging an idiot twice but hey,they dont see it the same way and it dont seem to matter how often or intense your warnings.always get it in writing that the dpf etc aint been changed and that in your opinion there are EXISTING problems.sorry,seen too many morons....

The bosses car had to be done twice on his Hyundai I 40 2nd time we fitted a genuine part from the dealer I give them a choice the 16 plate Renault kadjar had a Sachs fitted the skoda Octavia I priced is is a £ 1000 plus job we won't remove a gearbox unless we fit everything

Had a customer call this very weekend. She'd needed a clutch on her Insignia 10,000 miles ago - we quoted at the time including (as always) a flywheel and bolts but lost out as we were too expensive. She's now called us to fix the flywheel which wasn't changed on the cheaper quote and has now gone tits up. Let's just say she wasn't best pleased that our price had gone up over 30% and that I didn't honour the quotation from over 12 months ago.
