Factors is that low saps oil ?

last meeting at nthe smta 3/4 years ago they warned us about this it was a claims inspecter that was doing all the talking he was employed bye the customer/ tradeing standards against us he said get the supplier to supply and verifie the oil as he was busy doing thses claims all the time engines / turbos he told us some prices they all started with 4 numbers he said if there is a problem the oil can be tested £30..00 for the test but if the supplier supplied the oil its not your problem but theres some insurance policys will not cover this so we only buy in oil from 1 suppiers as and when we need it keep the invoice

Back in the  day Toyota had red antifreeze called For Life you got a 1 tires from the stores for top ups 

They sent the wrong oil for the van I spotted that !!!   the Citroen cactus had timing chain issues 5- 30 went in  0 - 30 should have gone in   

I can’t see for the life of me anyone rolling over and pay for damages regarding that scenario!!!
It just does not happen unless there’s more to it ?.
If anyone knew it had previous problems surly it would of been wise NOT to change the oil .
