We get a few, quite rare, connection failures but we have 2 phone lines and 2 seperate broadband connections so there has always been an alternative.
But it does seem odd that some sites I visit will say that I connected from a new device but the DVSA one doesn't do that.

We've had our fair share of internet problems and I've always thought the internet provider was at fault when we lost service. Our AE bought and installed some BT boosters, but I didn't think they made much difference if any. What I have realized of late when the internet broadband connection seems to fail is that if I shut down the equipment and do a reboot, then the service is restored. At home I've never experienced a broadband connection/service problem with my own personal computers, and at work I have my own diagnostic PC (built myself) with a high spec computer hard drive capable of being a gaming computer, which I've never experienced a connection problem with. So I am left thinking that maybe it is something to do with the garage equipment we use, i.e. SUN DGA 2500?

You can't "unbreak" the broken,you can only break the unbroken to break the break of the unbroken, for me, you cannot unbreak me, for I am already broken,so you have no need to break the break because I am not unbroken.

If it's the DGA 2500 maybe try a different wi-fi adpapter? What one are you using at the moment?

And for your PC with a "high spec hard drive" you really should upgrade to an SSD, honestly that mod alone will tranform just about any machine. Try and you'll see how much faster everything runs, especially the boot-up time will amaze you.

Thanks, I don't know about the DGA 2500 but my PC was built to include SSD. I was having loads of problems running NVH freezing and locking up but since changing the PC I've never had problems since.

It's back working now what we did we used the Wi-Fi on the garage phone after I used next door s to log on I was just worried about different IP address on my log boss weren't fussed either way as long as he knew about it he couldn't work it out either

That's what I thought all were done within 30 feet of garage and the boss was aware of it

One of the Joey s rang boss within 15 minutes had BT on phone all afternoon I didn't care how it was fixed as long as I could do my job 😁
