Are We All Potential Criminals?

Completed the assessment exam today, I couldn't believe the amount of questions on disciplinary action etc. What a waist of time!

So the question I ask is why do we need to learn that sh1t, are we all presumed guilty until proven guilty? I get that rules and reg's have to be avaliable to us, even football has rules and discipline but you don't hear of players taking tests about offside's do you!

These written warning procedures are surely there for e.g. people who participate in the Dial-A-MOT scheme, or testing in an unorthodox and illegal way so these idiots can see what they are risking. That's of course if they are bothered!

Bottom line is we all know where they are printed in the testing guide and yes admittedly sometimes we have to look at them to see we are complying to the rules, but if a tester is examining vehicles correctly his conscience tells him that he doesn't need to look at garbage about cessations etc and why should he have too?  

Total bollocks published to keep all the little DVSA wooden tops busy so they can pretend to be Police officers, which was their preferred job that was originally rejected!
