For some reason I'm dreading this.

I think the cry "Well it passed like that last year" will be heard throughout the land

Complaint dept's will be working overtime I think!!

Today, towbar trailer lighting socket smashed, customer "passed like that last year" ! next battery insecure, wiring from home fitted amp rubbing on bulkhead, balljoint rubbers letting in dirt, another "passed last year",(old certificate had all 3 advised) then 1998 polo, rear seats removed as seatbelt nearside frayed badly, lambda fail, exhaust puttied up but still major leaks all over, n/s cv gaitor hanging off,nearside balljoint nearly parting company, and more rusty holes than in a collander, 17 RFRs, 12 advises, some holes yellow chalked before I tested, customer said was tested elsewhere last month ,they must have been blind then !!!!best place for it is the scrapheap,
oh well, let's see what joys for Tuesday.

And then the next lot of changes will be upon us Rear brake balance and the like.

Someone mentioned it on this forum, I believe . Something like rear balance coming in at 30% and front balance being relaxed to 30%

It's going to be 30% on both front and rear, due to come in September. We'll see if they manage that but going on past deadlines but may be some time next year.
