Some say it applies to us, some say it doesn't. For the sake of printing a couple off I'd rather not risk it. Knowing my luck, the jobsworth that checks it would say we'd need one here and would issue a hefty fine if one wasn't on show.

But what if we don't need to provide this but do so and then somebody scans this and subsequently tests positive, would we then be closed for 14 days under track and trace?
