Demo test part of job application

I haven't heard of it happening before, but any company can make it's own demands for an application. It's then up to the applicant to decide if it's something he or she can put up with.

why wouldnt you wanna see how the guy does it?as above different eqpmnt/assistant/no assistant/booking system whatever plus some kinda assessment of his test standards,most grease monkeys ive seen have been hired on probation dependant on ability.with mots the ae concerned is on the line from test one and he cant get someone else to fix it if it goes pete tong now can he?
