A bulb or led (not sure what it is) is out on my 3rd brake light. The rest still work and respond with the pedal but would tgis be a fail? Thank you

Also it is a non-obligatory light. So if present at least 50% of it has to work but if none of it works we have to be convinced that it is connected to fail it.
Although nobody has really explained to me how to assess that beyond asking the presenter!
