Government consultation to restart MOT testing of light vehi

its says at the bottom members only so thats me out i go for it going live 14/16 july to give people time to hear that it is back too normal and they are saysing that were 65% back to normal is rubbish i can give them exact number i am down 60/70 % on last year at this time i have 2 mots today last years at this date i had 7 mots do the maths

the sad fact is that whether youre a conspiracy theorist expecting 4 4 2 by the back door or not theres gonna be a significant amount of job losses/closed garages leading to a reduction in capacity to test vehicles(and particularly during the peak we now expect oct/nov/dec)combined with the likely second whammy next march/april/may etc when few or reduced amounts of tests will be coming thru the door leading to more closures means they may not have the choice,extension for 12 mnths going straight into 4 4 2 anyone?dont expect too much help from the ministry,personally i think the combination of closed regionals and reduced dvsa staff has brought em to the point that i see no way theyre gonna be even capable of keeping up with hgvs let alone anything else.i - as always - hope to be proved wrong....
