New security card not arrived

I've just ordered a new card and used the garage as the delivery address just to ensure that there is no delay in delivery. The instructions do advise that if not received within 7 days to ring the help desk. I was also asked to change my security details before ordering the card. I must admit though the original card has lasted since they first started some years back and I'm pretty sure my card if starting to fail now due to the cold weather and the battery becoming discharged. Trying here at home now and it works OK again, but in the cold garage it is failing.
