Freelance wages

Some of these ads out there for freelancers seem to be making out you could be quids in. I think it's unlikely. I can only imagine walking into a different garage every couple of weeks would have many negatives.

Im happy for you mate but im mostly interested in is the pay as good as these ads make out? I have considered the option myself and value an opinion from someone like you.

Take 4 weeks a year holiday, I sick pay etc and quiet periods and you’re at £25k a year for 40 hours a week.

PAYE would suit most people better tbh. Can’t be many testers out there not earning 25k with security, holiday and sick pay surely?
