Prs who actually uses them

I'm going to be honest here, reading on averages failure rates always thought my % of 70s was high and my minutes of 65 upwards, half the time no fault of my own due to waiting for somebody finishing a job here and there for somebody to sit in the car so as you do I always try to improve my self, so last month I did a wee experiment when I needed somebody I would get one of older fitters straight away rather than wait for the usual apprentices. And thought how do these national average %s do it at 30s percent, so thinking maybe I do to many prs if it's just a minor adjustment on aims I'll say to customer or a side light or bulb I'll say to them cos most of them sit in the office, so any way I did 77 mot's in March with a 50s time and 40s % fail rate which I'm not bothered about the difference to be honest as I nothing to hide and I'll tell my Aedm cos he planted the seed asking me do I do a lot of prs which I thought everybody did, but guys yous must not mark prs if going by the average I might be wrong but yous are making me look way out with my percentages come on be honest now 😂 😂
