Hi Dave

The list on Gov.Uk are the old comp 1 items that are still valid hence the link to them from pages on the testing service, all new ones are in the newer format and loaded both onto the service and onto gov.uk.
The old ones are not in the service as they are a few years old and all will have signed and acknowledged previously – I am currently cutting them as far as possible and as the new manual format is now in development hopefully they can soon disappear.
