I expect the highly qualfied training and assement providers
are waiting for christmas in case they get the latest halfords how to fix your car book as a present so they can work out the new training modules and exam questions.
Whats the odds on price increase next year??!

Next years is pretty much sorted - I expect that it will be announced soon.

I think the bigger problem for dvsa at the moment is how many testers still haven't done this years

I did mine very early but as I said there were clearly some issues with the questions. I have reported these but by virtue of the fact they try to use situational multi choice questions it will always be a test that will be open to interpretation. The "catch" questions rely on the person taking test to decipher what is presented.
Multi choice is used as it is quick and as there are no examiners cheap.
Sadly there appears little alternative. I know some were upset by only a 50% pass mark but as I have explained above the ambiguities of some of the questions I would be opposed to them raising the required standard.

Definitely no need to panic and that's why I haven't. Anyone who has done ATA re acredidtation every 3 year's working in a dealership will agree with me this is a breeze. 50 % pass is hardly worth any worries.

Err, that'll be in the good book and the special notices then   unless you have a special phone number to somebody for the right answers   at least you won't have to re-do the exam three times to achieve 90% pass and then moan you didn't get 100%
