Job would be ok but for customers

Well we were quiet yesterday, but at least we got a laugh.
Citreon saxo (I know) came in for a new front tyre and a wheel swop around . Did job on lift with 2 jacking beams (lazy) come to put the beam under the rear end cills, thought they were high up. When pads touched cills wheels came off the lift straight away.
Told the lady customer her swinging arms were siezed and did she notice it was a hard ride.

She then says "does it matter because she NEVER gets in the back!"
My mate spit his tea out and left me trying to talk to her with a straight face
