I think that there is dissatisfaction in all the major "contributor" countries, with movement of people from poorer state's to "richer" one's a major factor

If we leave then the Dutch will be next, best we get out and have a head start in sorting our own trade agreements.
People seem to forget that we lived and worked in europe long before the "EU" existed.
We have 43 commonwealth countries we can trade with once we leave, because of the "EU" we were not allowed to.

I know what you mean, the thing that concerns me is most "intellectual types" Bank of England boss, MI5 & 6, cbi chair unions etc etc all predicting doom & goom if we go, can they all be wrong?

The only people that gain is politcians & multinationals, just look at what welch windbag Neil Kinnock gets in pensions from the E.U. also Peter Mandleson, if we got done for morgage fraud like him we would of ended up in prison all he got was bigger house with subsidies from us poor lackeys so for me itsan out vote

Predict all the doom and gloom they want to. THIS IS ENGLAND. Home to the Bulldog breed. We shall always overcome and conquer our own problems so long as we don't have people forcing us to be unable through petty politics and the nanny state. Time to make this the great nation it once was, and lest we forget. Small country, powerful currency giving power to the people hopefully.

One forecast I saw/read/heard was that UK leaving the eu would cause the financial house of cards to collapse similar to 2008 in the eu & wider economy's.

A personal observation.

We're not part of Europe as it is, no matter what the say in Brussels and elsewhere. As some of you already know, I've recently been on a 2,700 mile motoring tour of Europe. We went through The Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and back to The Netherlands. There were three places we had to show our passports - leaving the UK, entering The Netherlands off the ferry at Rotterdam and back in Hull. Everywhere else it was only a sign on the motorways to tell you you're in different country. Apart from Switzerland, where we had to slow down to 10mph.

If Europe is so good and we need it that much why don't we already buy our goods and services in Euros? If big business thought it was that important years ago they would have lobbied for it then and there - and got it!

Even the farmers around here have been putting big signs in their fields advising everyone to vote leave. I thought the farmers loved the EU and all its subsidies.


But if you're thinking that a vote to leave is simply a vote to get rid of the silly European vehicle testing laws coming this way soon then think again.... there are apparently some things that we won't be getting away from no matter what anybody says.
