As much as I don't disagree with you you couldn't fail a Fiesta on that criteria

Just because you know about it doesn't mean you can fail it.

You would know about it if you had the wheels of for repair or another garage member brought it to your attention .plus the plastic spacers you can buy that fit between the rim & hub.are about £1.00 per set.our local tyre wheel rim factor keeps agood stock in supply.Especially when the wrong wheel bolts have been fitted.

Only what you can see during it or the retest. You would have to pass and advise at the most.
