Time to bring back Autodata MOT Testing handbook?

I remember the car's well enough, but don't think that I ever saw the book, maybe my boss was to tight to buy one!

There were at least two editions of that book. I've still got them, somewhere!

I guess it wouldn't be quite as expensive to produce an on line version

and its £915 (£1098 inc vat) for a Diagnostic & Repair - 2 user, for a year
       & £795+ vat for a single user, for a year

and worst of all Snap On, & other distributors until November, will do you the same single user package for £595 (£714 inc vat) but only if you are a new Autodata customer ie dormant for 6 months

my renewal is next month and will get screwed for £795+ vat

Agreed Gaz; the old version of Autodata will switch off in 14 days and if you compare component location under/in engine management the old is alphanumerically arranged the new (version) is not.

The number of testable items has far exceeded the practical use/application of a VT40 with comp1 roll-out early 2006 a VT29 vehicle summary with VSi was introduced to compliment the VT40

and in 2015 with comp2 am told to print screen

my mistake VOSA introduced a VT40/CLX in early 2006, this is what comp1 printed out.

that looks the buisness they should do it on a cd for mot stations it would be a great sale for them just about every station would buy it

Nice to see the book again Cheers. 

If they redid it think it would be a much bigger book, take a long time for them to do it, and don't think a book would happen they would do it online. 

With the MOT testing and car parc of today not sure they could do it...

... how long would it take to have ready online? How much would Autodata charge us?  I do not want to have to pay for it.
We had VSI and now we do not; regardless of what we have been told the MOT testing standard has dropped as a result and the repercussions will become evident nationally as the months go by.

The most efficient way for us to get the data is the way we had it on a VT40/CLX 

new autodata sucks balls! at work we do a lot of track and race cars which do not have reg plates and see trying to find info, its a joke!
