Barry and David,

Due to a technical issue the MOT testing service desk is not currently able to take calls and some users are not able to login in to the MOT testing service. In the meantime, we've emailed all current MOT testing service users with the following message which contains today's (Tuesday 18 August 2015) contingency testing (CT) code.

Please feel free to put this message up on your forum to help any fellow users.

MOT testing service CT code - Tuesday 18 August

You won’t currently be able to use the new MOT testing service due to a technical issue.

We’re working to fix this issue and, in the meantime, in order to test you’ll need this contingency testing (CT) code:

F2529F2B

This doesn’t affect users of the old ‘MOT comp’ testing service.
