MOT Comp 1 down?

Fixed now.

My comp1 device broke down last Wednesday morning. Engineer brought a replacement on Thursday, did not work . Still waiting, trying to get help on telephone , impossible. Finally got to speak to someone earlier today, still waiting for a return phone call. This is the busiest time of year for us, we are fully booked with MOT's throughout July/August and I have been unable to do a test since last Wednesday morning. Just to add insult to injury, I am all set up to go with the new system but they say "oh no, you can't start yet,". I am at a loss,!!!!

We were in stande alone as well for a while i thought they have swiched over to new system we were sent from hea,d office to be changed over on monday 3rd but no phone call from service desk to say when aswe are ready to go
