Refresher just done, told not to advise unecessaries?

was told,  "Due to complaints from customers(not presenters?) can we cut back on unecessary advisories, and try and use manual ones rather than those on RFR, pre written screen
this is due to ATOS putting them there for foreign speakers or dyslexic testers "

Advisories should only be given on :-
                                                   Testable items that may need replacement/repair within a year  or
                                                   Non testable items that could be presumed dangerous

This is due to the certificate/advisory being a legal document

So undertrays, child seats, and all the other pre written ones should not be used unless criteria above is met

complete change from 5 years ago as Secretary of state is getting his ears bent by his minions

also told that reason for drivers seat fore/aft check is in case a child steals car and is not in control as cannot reach pedals(EURO enforced)
WTF(i was told by fireman was so could get people out in accident ??
