Slightly different way of doing the question this week.

A Mini is presented with a stick-on square number plate on the bonnet, which I failed for not being vertical or as near as practical.

It has of course passed for the last 20 years like that, but standing 15 metres away I couldn't read the top line of the plate.

The plate was on fablon, which he peeled off (proving to me that it was less than 20 years old), cut in half and stuck on in two pieces similar to this

So do I accept this, being in two pieces with a four inch gap?

Second one would fail as the spacing is obviously incorrect.
