Finding an MOT Tester that has moved on.

Hello guys my first post.

Is there a way i can locate an MOT tester that has moved on from a company to another.

I am from Sheffield and i always took my cars to TOPTREAD TYRES on St Marys Gate,the chap who always did
the tests was called PAUL BIRCH.

Toptread have not got a forwarding address for him.

Does anyone know of Paul and where he currently works if he is still in the trade as an MOT tester and is working
locally i would still like him to do the tests on my cars.
