class 4 as you wouldnt fit a big trailer on there

That was my line of thinking Daddyb.

Been doing some reading up and according to the exemptions list;

(v)a goods vehicle, the unladen weight of which exceeds 1525 kilograms,
(vi)an articulated vehicle not being an articulated bus,

are exempt from Class 1-5 & 7 testing.

So the way I read it those vehicles are subject to HGV or similar testing. So unless the vehicle in that picture and the one in my thread weighs more than 1525kg unladen they are a class 4, unless thier DGW exceeds 3000kg and are seen as goods vehicles, which would make them class 7's.

Sneaky, but 10/10 for initiative
