There is the option to change the weight in the Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) box by clicking in it and typing in the value of 3200.

Was the vehicle tested unladen? If so on the previous screen you should have made sure the drop down box for unladen was set to yes. This changes the pass/fail performance parameters on the service brake (foot brake) to both fronts locking and at least 100kgf on each rear will issue a pass even if the overall percentage is less than 50% of the GVW. If unladen it's often the case that Class 7's wont get to 50%.
