Vauxhall Signum, Zafira etc Diesel front subframes

Failed the 5th vauxhall this year on offside front subframe corroded to excess and marked as DANGEROUS

They seem to suffer with corrosion around lower suspension arm mounting points when the undertrays have been left in place as these hold water in sound deadening

This Signum was a 3.0D on a 54 plate, the lower arm was moving about 15mm when turning wheels for test, the subframe was cracked and badly corroded and was in need of replacement
