Broken tail light (No RfR)

Very interesting how VOSA are using the wording of the manual these days, but yes if the lens is damaged to such an extent that the colour of light is incorrect then that is the first part of the fail, and the second part is now in section 6, which advises, check the vehicle bodywork for excessive corrosion or damage resulting in sharp edges, which are likely to cause injury.

This inspection also applies to body compoents such as bumpers, spoliers and mirror housings.

I think the wording above in bold means not limited to the list given.
