Any motor engineer with even a whiff of petrol in his veins can not fail to be impressed with the sheer numbers.

but the guy that trained me as a MOT tester - his tester number was 199 - had all his family involved in drag racing and they recently were inducted into The British Drag Racing Hall Of Fame.
