This is why I got another Job

Last month did 247 tests plus Retests  last 3 months 663 tests plus retests to Many for 1 tester !!!  As I've basically Ran the garage and TEST lane for the last 5 and a half years I've always struggled to get my holiday s in old boss only did 3 hours a day of If I  was lucky  when the new owner took over the I thought it would get easier it didn't . He's had the garage for over a year and half  now ( still NOT a tester yet )   a few months before he took over the workshop lad had 2 weeks holiday so I put a request in for 2 weeks after him  The old boss said YOU can't have any holidays until Nathan takes over ownership in October so I had to wait .  Since I've been there it's all ways been Jan to jan turns out the goal posts got moved and it's within the tax cycle  and thought I can't carry on like this anymore so a Year ago I informed him of my intentions of finding another Job  I start new one on the 15th
