2020 jaguar I pace EV AWD for manual EPB procedure

As of 18th December no guidance regarding the EPB on mts service .

Decelrometer test not suitable

EPB can be tested in the rollers with one wheel or both wheels turning.

Place the back wheels in the RBT

Ensure the vehicle is in nuetral

Ensure the EPB is off

Don't turn ignition off ( if you do the wheels will lock as soon as rollers start ) this will also help to test the service brake .

Start rollers ( both or single )

Apply the EPB switch,the brake efforts should be achieved on 1st application

I managed to test the service brake without any issues by leaving the ignition on ( vehicle ready ) normally with most awd the ignition is off ,but on this vehicle it's the other way

Only carry out the service brake check in the rollers if you know it's ok and won't cause any damage ,if in doubt use the deceloromter for the service brake and RBT for parking brake .
