How can we improve our training and assessment reminders?

I can't understand it. It really doesn't make any sense to me at all.

There is more care taken to ask you questions so they get the answers they want in these surveys than there is in the annual assessment so we can give the correct answers without trying to work out what wordplay is in use to lead you to give an incorrect answer.

To be fair, this type of request avoids the real issue.

I feel the current format is failing the system. Improving an assessment reminder won't improve the failing quality of testing we're seeing now.

We have a total lack of clear guidance and assistance for testers & ae's and it's only when we are investigated that any set limits are revealed.

Our Councils provided a great way to communicate directly, we need them back asap
