I like to educate the young lads and teach them about critical thinking and a thought process on how to approach things it's the only way they will Learn most things one of lads at the college they are at taught me at Burnley college back in the day and said it if you can't listen and learn  off  Ronnie aged  53  andy 57 and Jim 70 you are in the wrong job !!! Right we do headlamp bulbs fitted incorrectly  or inop on the test lane ( so I don't have to check them again on a retest )  he's helping jim doing one  and blows a fuse jim right WHAT have you done wrong and how are You going to fix it ? I'm rolling a ciggy 🚬  and hands him my power probe  here you are son !! I've shown you how to use this show Jim what  I've taught you  he fixed it right  ! I haven't educated him yet on clearing codes on Vauxhall s with crankshaft codes and why you don't clear them 😂😂 in a test lane None start after so we had to fit a sensor to sort it !!!
