Your notifications may need updating

Since the upgrade, some of the automatic notifications may have disappeared and you may need to change them in your profile if you wish to be notified about private messages received, etc.

Go to your Profile, click on the edit profile button and click on the notifications tab. Make sure there is a tick in any box that you want to be notified about and click Save Settings.
