ive just done an 08 disco V8 did a gradient test for handbrake and RBT for service brake got 4X4 FUNCTION on our rollers

yes rob comp 1 never had them

I WORK on the principle of you bend them you MEND them ive been testing since october 1996 and if you think im gonna brake an over finch that cost £ 120 grand new think again and i dont need advice of someone who works for kwikfit

I'm in the business of road safety and work to the principal of making sure presented vehicles are put back on the road in a safe condition,who I work for (if I did) has no bearing on the issue.if you've been testing since 1996 then you should be experienced and savvy enough to test EPB in the correct fashion.

You can take my advice or not,and test how you want it's no concern to me,if you want to take short cuts then that's up to you.

To answer your other assumptions 1 ,no , you won't damage a Range Rover overfinch during testing the EPB, 2, I don't work for kwik fit but are one of many test stations I test at ,which yes do get a bad name,but do have some really good testers,I'm sure you've herd the phase,paint/brush.

So just like to say thanks on behalf of other Kwik fit testers who I know are members on this forum for your insult and we wonder why it's the same members who only post on a regular bases and others don't .

If you want to continue the negativity then use the pm system and I'll tell you how long I've been testing for as it seems the staff have no concern over your negative comment/ false info to fellow testers.

the initial problem with the test sequence on the landys was that they had grief with em from new and had to change ecus,handbrake syatems,software etc.the sequence we got given doesn't work on a lot of em due to this.given that the punter CANT apply them going down the road asking us to do so is more than a little silly given the risks(and bills)that can be involved.yes I can be arsed and yes I have a brain.you might wanna try using yours a little....

your a sensitive soul nitros road safety i forgot to mention as well as the class 4 and 7 i tested i also tested the entire fleet of TAXIS for pendle council and probably tested more taxis  than you have had hot dinners and if i didnt get at least 2 DEATH THREATS every month i was not doing my job correctly

Bit further North we are - Jct 29/29A. Finally opened about 6pm but all the local rat runs, used by parts vans and local customers, were still solid. Add that to staff sickies and supposedly routine jobs going boobies skywards... happy dayz.
