just think of if they put that sorta effort and resources into enforcement of the part of the scheme thats actually footing the bill....as the article says the firm concerned were aware of and had already identified the problem and as the part was compliant the last thing they expected was any sorta prosecution as it would clearly be pointless.just shows the prorities over at dvsa dont it?
