Further changes to improve MOT testing service security

I had the pleasure of talking to people regarding the apps thing. The person allegedly responsible for arranging the idea and rolling it out to us was explaining how it will work . It sounds overcomplicated to me . One code unless you move and use a different laptop/phone/desktop/whatever . Every time you switch the device you are using you need to get a new code .That involves signing into email account and requesting a code on log in page . Gonna save loads time ain't it . It was kind of a shock to her that not everyone has a smart phone and apps . A big 'Oh ! We never even took that into consideration ' moment on her part .

Your obviously not that old lol. When I left school you got it on a paper and told if you lost it that was it. cards were not invented in my time LOL.
