Days are getting longer lets hope things come around as in a level playing field?

As most of the talk seems to be around saving the motorist money they’ll be looking at lowering the max fee by my reckoning. I suspect far more tests are carried out below the max fee (dealers may buck this though) so the max fee may be considered inappropriate.

when you charge 500 sheets to service and chuck pads and discs at a decade old corsa(for instance)you can afford to throw the mot in!

If they wanted to save the motorist money they would fix the roads so they didn't have to spend money repairing the suspension that gets beaten to death .

my mate is the general manager for scotland for halfords he is a good mate but i would not do buisnes with him he worked with me at kwik fit years ago so he his trained in the arts off the dark side

Bit harsh, not all people that work for these sort off companies are into ripping customers off.

these companys learn you how to be a salesman thats not a bad thing if your in buisness for your self but you have to know were to draw the line
