new tester needing card

anyone got a clue how our guy gets a card?former tester will be doing his demo in a week or two when his speeding ban finishes.he werent testing when the security cards came out and the only mention I can find of him ordering em is when he puts in his part 2 mot qualification or summat stupid like that which he obviously wont be doing as hes only gonna be doing a demo test.anyone run into this one?and nope,our manager aint got any spares....
