The MOT testing service desk is currently down

The MOT testing service desk is currently down due to a nationwide BT fault and testers and garages won't be able to get through to the number until the problem is fixed.

In the meantime, if you hear from anyone who requires technical support or a contingency code (ie if they're unable to test) then please ask them to email any requests to the following address:

dvsa.motsupport@bjss.com

This email address is usually monitored outside of the normal MOT testing service desk opening hours by the on-call Escalation Manager but garages and testers can use it in this case while the desk is down.

We'll update with further details about this ongoing issue in due course.
