Bonnet secondary (safety) catch

O.K.

We don't need courts,we don't need 50/50 or phone a friend,in my opinion i don't think this part of the manual can be interpreted to include the secondary catch is a retaining device that keeps the bonnet closed.
The video has reached the part when the VOSA guy is asked the question if the secondary catch is testable and the answer is quite clear,no its not testable.
What is important is we as testers sing off the same hymn sheet(most of the time anyway)
As far as iam aware the catch has never been testable and most VOSA staff i talk to in passing or on refresher courses ive come across have always said the same,and thats the same as what said in the video,i don't think ive come across any changes to that criteria
