I only did one test on the day, and that was on emergency testing. No problem. Logged on yesterday and did catch up. No problem. Then I tried to exchange the emergency certificate for a printed one and the system told me the emergency certificate number I entered was too short, enter a longer number. I ended up just giving him a duplicate certificate which printed off easily and kept the customer happy.

Came across that problem today aylesburyjock, what happened was given my poor eye sight I entered a number incorrectly and after central services communication, the system through the test log back at me, which then when I found my error/mistake, I also found that for whatever reason the VTS system removes the last two numbers of the ET number, therefore inputting them again cured the problem.

When I issued the VT20's by exchange all worked fine.
