MOT failure and steering rack inner joint

Hi, I have just registered to ask a question or 2. Firstly, the van isnt on the road just now. It is taxed, insured and but the test runs out on 26th june. Its in the process of a camper conversion so isnt being driven, except down to get more wood/stuff too big to go in the car.

I just put my 09 VW Crafter in for an MOT and it failed on:

001 Offside registration plate lamp not working

002 nearside rear (at droplink end) antiroll bar linkage has excessive play in pin/bush

003 offside rear (at droplink end) antiroll bar linkage has excessive play in pin/bush

004 nearside rear (D bush) antiroll bar has excessive play in pin/bush

005 (front radiator grill) Body has sharp edge caused by damage

All of the above is fair and wont cost much to fix. However, one of the advisories, pretty sure its an advisory anyway, says its dangerous.

012 Excessive freeplay from offside front steering rack inner joint !! **dangerous**

From what I have gathered on the internet, this isnt an MOTable item. I am looking at getting the parts and back into the garage on Saturday.

So, my question is this - Can I just replace those 5 listed failures and put it back into the garage to do the partial retest and it will pass.
