Jeez dave how do you get everything so wrong? It must be harder than getting it right surely.

I said "The actual "Emission Test Requirement" came from Brussels, the shortened BET Test came from VOSA after lengthy research".

Where in that sentence did I mention the BET Test coming from Brussels?

You really do need to read AND understand what's actually been written and not what you imagine to be written!!


If you can't understand a simple sentence you've got no chance with the Manual & Guide!

I'll give you my permission to quote me, but when you do make sure you quote me correctly (don't attempt to make me look a fool, you don't have the knowledge, understanding, quick whit or ability to do so), if you do try I'll see it as a deliberate jibe and put you in the locker for a week. job done - game over
