So , they decide to have PLANNED MAINTENANCE on the busiest day of the month as everybody is fighting for spaces for their mot to tax car's and they switch off half way through the F*****G day , DVSA why can't you do planned maintenance in the early hours when we're all spent from working so hard to earn a living .............
